Connect NewRA with WhatsApp AppsAnax Account

Introduction​

This guide explains how to link your NewRA account with WhatsApp using AppsAnax.

Prerequisites​

Before you start, ensure you have:

  • An active AppsAnax account: Log in to AppsAnax with your credentials.
  • Access to WhatsApp Business integration features on AppsAnax.

Procedure​

1. Login to AppsAnax​

Visit AppsAnax and log in with your AppsAnax account.

2. Navigate to Tools Menu​

On the Dashboard, find and click "Tools." Create an API key from the API Key menu with all WhatsApp-related permissions and copy the generated API Key.

3. Navigate to Webhook Tab​

On your app's dashboard, go to the left menu, click "Add Webhook," and create a Webhook. Choose a name, select WhatsApp as the receive events option, and provide the Webhook URL for posting event data. Copy the generated Webhook secret key.

4. Configure WhatsApp Account on AppsAnax​

  • Click "WhatsApp" in the top navigation bar.
  • Go to the "Accounts" tab.
  • Click "ADD ACCOUNT" to generate a QR Code.
  • Scan the QR Code from your WhatsApp account.
  • Once done, copy the unique Account ID.

5. Configure NewRA AppsAnax WhatsApp Form​

Paste the API keys and secrets obtained above into the AppsAnax WhatsApp configuration form. Select the application from the dropdown to use as the source chat datasource.

Following these steps will successfully connect your AppsAnax WhatsApp account with NewRA.
