Create Integration

The NewRA Native Integration offers the capability to develop both Custom Knowledge Bases and straightforward ChatGPT-based applications.

When creating an integration, you have the option to select the type of application you wish to build:

• ChatGPT - OpenAI Models (Utilizes ChatGPT as a source of information)
• Knowledge Base (Utilizes a knowledge base as a source of information)

You have the option to define custom OpenAI parameters to enhance the precision of responses. Moreover, the GPT and custom prompt settings take precedence over the GPT settings of the chosen knowledge base.
