What is your pricing?
NewRA offers subscription plans on monthly and yearly basis. Find out about plans on
newra.ai/pricing. We also offer white label
implementation with onetime set up fee and yearly license to implement. Based on your business
requirements, we will align consult you on best practices of Gen-AI and aligning NewRA with your
business case. We will deploy our specialist engineers to integrate your existing applications
and can customize NewRA to fit your business.
What do I need to have in order to implement NewRA in my organisation?
With SaaS version that runs 100% on cloud, you don’t need any infrastructure. All you need is
the information you want to use as ground to generate responses out of newra. You need a paid
plan to use full potential of newra and integrate that in different channels i.e. chatbot, APIs
etc.
For Whitel label - we will help you with deployment and will manage entire infrastructure. You may require to acquire credentials of other services and will require AI service providers’s API keys (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic etc.) to use NewRA for your business. Don’t worry, our set up team will assist you in every step of the way.

What is Storage token?
Storage tokens are used to convert the text data extracted from the data sources to convert them
into machine learning friendly format so that AI understands your data. Find out more how tokens

more storage tokens.
What is Message token?
Message tokens are used everytime you interact with your App, Playground or anything you send a
message to receive an answer. Generally, when a message is passed to AI model, it contains more
information of past conversations, prompts and additional info. This means the message tokens
used in a request does not necessarily mean only tokens accounted for message itself but for
additional information passed to the AI model as well.
What is Knowledge Base?
A knowledge base is a collection of your various data sources that holds all the information you
have supplied. A knowledge base is your sort of data hub and is used for all the context and
information you want to use to generate the responses AI model produces.
What is the Data Source?
Data sources are various types of sources of information you can use to store the data in the
knowledge base.
What are Apps in NewRA?
Apps are the actual use cases where you’d like to use the Knowledge Base you’ve built. Think of
Knowledge base as an database and Apps as a software that will work on it. Within Apps - you can
customise the Prompt (context) as well as all other parameters. Sometimes, you need to use
Knoweldge base for the different purpose and context of each such use differs at times. That’s
where Apps come in picture. You can use same knowledge base for multiple apps - where each app
represent specific use case. With each app - you have its own chatbot interface that you can use
on your websites or can create custom integration with help of API for each app.
What is Integration in NewRA?
Integrations are the third party connectors that allow you to connect NewRA with external
services for various purposes. I.e. Bringing in data from external application to NewRA,
building chatbot from NewRA’s conversation and make it work with existing chatbot service,
connect NewRA with CRM etc. NewRA team is building integrations with some of the popular
services to get started and you’ll continuously see new integrations coming up.
Is my data secure with NewRA?
Yes, NewRA is hosted on-premise or on your own cloud servers. Your data is as secure as its
already there wherever it resides. All of your data is vectorised and stored on your own servers
only. Whenever you pass on a question or “chat” with it - only a fraction of the data is passed
on to OpenAI in order to generate appropriate language using LLM and AI capabilities of OpenAI
and generate meaningful response.
How much of our data is sent to the language models, and is it used for training public
models?
Our AI solution may utilize various language models (i.e. OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Cohere and
other managed open source models) to enhance performance and generate responses. However, only
the minimum necessary data is sent to these models to facilitate inference, and no identifiable
or sensitive information is shared. Additionally, our usage of OpenAI's models strictly adheres
to their terms of service, and any data provided is anonymized and aggregated to ensure user
privacy and confidentiality. We do not contribute to training public models with proprietary or
sensitive data unless explicitly authorized by our clients.
What models does NewRA support?
We are supporting AI service providers and they all have a range of different models they
support based on various use cases. We support all the popular models for each provider, and
list of models NewRA supports can be seen on the Pricing page (www.newra.ai/pricing).
What if I don’t want to use default models?
For now, NewRA is built to use most popular AI service providers as AI infrastructure for LLM
models. If you have your own trained LLM ready to use, we can work with you to integrate that in
NewRA to work with the same. For this, you will require white-labelled implementation. Get in

Additionally, our team is working with other LLM integrations from other service providers as
well and shall be available as we see fit. Our philosophy is to not create a catalog of
integrations just for the sake of doing it. Implementation of AI in a business case requires
careful integration, purpose drive use and constant iterations. With NewRA, we don’t just aim to
build an experiment. But an impactful solution with longevity.
How does web page limit work?
Web page limit is the number of pages in one knowledge base you can crawl to extract the
contents of the web page. This limit is the total number of web pages you can crawl to bring to
NewRA to serve as a knowledge base data. This limit is the absolute limit for one knowledge
base.
Can I integrate NewRA with my existing systems?
Absolutely! NewRA is designed to be flexible and integrates seamlessly with most modern business

How does NewRA handle data privacy?
Data privacy is a top priority for us. NewRA employs the latest encryption and security
practices to ensure your data remains confidential and secure. The enterprise version will be
set up within your organization using prevailing data security and privacy policies.
What kind of support does NewRA offer?
We offer comprehensive online support ranging from documentation, community forums, to dedicated
support for our paid users. We are committed to providing just in time support using our
available resources via github. For enterprise, we have dedicated account managers who takes
care of any assistance required.
Can I customize the AI models in NewRA?
No. We use base existing models from AI providers; but then you can adapt the responses by
setting up your custom knowledge base which is used as an vector search reference to provide
more relevant responses using the context from your knowledge base.
Are there any limitations on the number of queries or interactions or the storage of
data?
For cloud edition, the limits apply depending on your active plan. For white label
implementation; there are no limitations on anything as entire solution is white label
implementation. As long as your servers have storage capacity, NewRA can host the data on them.
As far as queries and interactions are concerned, NewRA uses AI provider’s APIs which will be
set up with your account. All the apis for AI providers are “pay as you go” and you can manage
the control the usage of them from your account on various AI service provider’s portal.
Therefore, there endless possibilities with NewRA without any such impositions.
Can I deploy NewRA chatbots on multiple channels?
Yes, NewRA chatbots can be deployed across various digital channels, including websites, social
media, and messaging platforms.
Do I need any prior AI knowledge to use NewRA?
While prior knowledge can be beneficial, NewRA is designed to be user-friendly, allowing even
those new to AI to harness its capabilities effectively.
How often is NewRA updated?
We continually strive to enhance NewRA, rolling out updates frequently to incorporate the latest
in AI research and technology. If you have an active license, such updates and releases shall be
provided to you free of charge.
Can I migrate my existing chatbot to NewRA?

How does NewRA handle multiple languages?
NewRA is equipped to handle multiple languages using inherent capabilities of various out of box
AI models, making it perfect for businesses with a global clientele. Although language
translations are generally quite accurate, they shall be used with discretion. Since we use
OpenAI’s AI models to generate the response - the support of language NewRA can handle is
directly associated with OpenAI’s capabilities to handle languages.
